Warranty Policy

  1. Product Warranty:

    a. Craftsmanship Products: Our rattan stands and Moses baskets are handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. We offer a 2-year warranty for these items in accordance with Dutch law. If a defect that is not due to normal wear and tear or improper use arises during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

    b. Manufactured Products: Our blankets, cashmere, and cotton products, manufactured with high standards of quality control, come with a 1-year warranty. If these items show a defect within the warranty period that is not due to normal wear and tear or improper use, we will facilitate a repair or replacement free of charge.

  2. Reporting Defects: If you discover a defect, please contact us as soon as possible, but at least within 2 months after the defect has been discovered. We will then determine the best solution together.

  3. Warranty Process: To invoke the warranty, we ask you to provide the purchase receipt and a clear description of the problem, along with photos if possible. We will then take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  4. Exceptions to the Warranty: Our warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our written permission. The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by negligence or accidents.

  5. Shipping Costs: If the product is within the warranty period and the defect falls under the warranty, we will take care of the shipping costs for the repair or replacement.
